2. Otherwise, do what you can to limit additional damage
   1. Take photos of all damages before any repairs are made (repairs to stop further damage)
   2. Keep any receipts to turn in
3. Call a licensed & insured contractor to get an estimate
4. Call us to turn in the claim
5. An adjuster will reach out to you within 24-48 hours of reporting the claim
