Want fewer emails? Tell us and it's done. Policy and service communications (renewals, documents, legally required notices) continue — those aren't marketing, they're your insurance working.
Marketing emails also include an unsubscribe link in the footer — one click there works too. SMS preferences are separate: reply STOP to any text, details in the SMS & privacy policy.
